Premium Ignition Condenser For 1962-1972 Dodge Dart and Plymouth Duster

Premium Ignition Condenser

For 1962-1972 Dodge and Plymouth Mopar 6/8 Cylinder Engines

Premium replacement ignition condenser for various 1960's and 70's Mopar 6 and 8-cylinder engines NOT equipped with dual points ignition. The condenser is a simple capacitor that can store a small amount of current. When the ignition points open, the current flowing through the points looks for an alternative path to ground. If the condenser were not there, the current would jump across the points right as they begin to open, causing the points to fail prematurely (not to mention cause heavy radio static). Replace your condenser today to ensure the continued smooth operation of your Mopar vehicle.
